In the 1990s, the journey entered another important phase near Chanakya Hotel. As customer needs evolved, the business evolved with them.
Under Sh. Pran Kohli's guidance, delivery and catering became part of the operation, allowing the brand to reach customers beyond its traditional format. It was a period that showed how a legacy could adapt to changing times without losing its roots.
From 2010 onwards, Puneet Kohli became part of the next phase of the journey, bringing a new-generation perspective to a brand built over decades.
Technology and online ordering began becoming an important part of the business, making Sita Ram Diwan Chand more accessible to a changing generation of customers. The focus was not to replace tradition, but to use modern systems to take that tradition further.
In 2023, the legacy entered its third-generation chapter with Puneet Kohli carrying the brand forward. From a single cart to multiple outlets across Delhi, Sita Ram Diwan Chand continues to evolve while staying connected to the identity built over decades.
The business has moved towards stronger systems, greater automation, multi-outlet operations and a dedicated mobile ordering experience. Yet, at the centre of this growth remains the same purpose - to carry forward the taste and legacy that generations of customers have associated with Sita Ram Diwan Chand.
